Why Did I Say Jokowi is a Phylosopher and a Humble Statesman?

We never know who can substitute Jokowi. He is a Phylosopher and a Humble Statesman.
He has seen so many injustice in Indonesia. He went to.Papua 4 times or so as he really loves the Papuans. He saw injustices in many aspects in Papua.like in the premium pricing. He saw in Jakarta.and other parts of Indonesia a liter of fuel cost around Rp 5.000 when SBY was the President whilst in Papua it costs almost Rp 100.000 or 2000% higher. Thats a grave injustice.
He built infrastructures all over Indonesia. Stupid Lecturer, RG, who claims himself as a phylosoper called Jokowi as Bajingan Tolol. This claim is totally ridiculos. Now RG is under criminal process. Jokowi didnt mind whatever RG said of him.
Jokowi is a Statesman
He destroyed all the corrupts network like Petral.
He visits many places in Indonesia and makes sure developments are in progress.
He has never thought of self enrichment. His sole focus has been to develop the country and prepare us to become a develoved nation.
US and Europe got panic because Jokowi prohibits nikel and Aluminium export.
He thought..this is my country. I wont let it controlled by USA and Europe. We fight in WTO. No.problem.
It would be a honor for us if only Jokowi agrees for us to build his Statute on Pusuk Buhit with his unique smiles.
Jokowi has been giving us not only bread and toll roads . But also legacy and national proudness.
So if Gibran wants to become a vice president , Why Not? Whats wrong with it. Gibran has his own political and human rights and freedom of choice.
BEM or students organisations should not blame and call Jokowi to.have build a Dynasty, quodnon.
Jokowi has been giving us more than any other Presidents did.
Recently Constitutional Court issued its Judgment No 90 which provides a guidance that limit of age of a vice president can be lowered than 40 years provided a candidate had ever won an election to become a governor or major.
5 of 9 judges agreed on.the petition filed by a law student.
2 of the judges alleged that Constitutional Court has no jurisdiction to adjudicate on the norm testing of its constitutionality.
The rest 2 judges opined that the petitioner had no.legal standing.
Let us be fair and honest.
Please note that Mr President can not interfere nor can he dictate the Court. The Court Panel consists of 9 Law Expert. No.judges may be dictated.
Judgment of Constitutional Court is final and binding irrespective of any claim demanding annulment of the verdict.
A legal norm of a law can be adjuducated by Constititonal Court.
Court is not a Robot. It has power to interpret, construe meaning of a word or sentence in a legal norm and can also invent a new norm for public good based on Constitution of 1945
The 1945 Constitution itself has been amended four times to suit future needs of the Republic of Indonesia. Thus Constitutional Court has jurisdiction to adjuducate the petition filed by a law student from Solo
Nothing wrong with Jokowi in this petition. It was not from Jokowi
Any citizen has constitutional right such.as Equality before the Law and inalienable human rights and political right.
