4th day of the workshop on Climate Crisis and Cultural Action by Bangladesh SCM in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Yowanda Yonggara, the Regional Executive for the Asia Pacific Region at the World Student Christian Federation, led an engaging session titled “Climate Crisis Action and WSCF AP’s Position.” During this session, she shared valuable insights, emphasizing the importance of focusing on specific learning points.

 

These insights are designed to empower youth activists to gain a deeper understanding of the climate crisis, effectively engage with it, and make meaningful contributions in line with the WSCF AP’s position and objectives. Participants in this session had the opportunity to learn about the following key areas: Climate Crisis Understanding: Youth Empowerment and the Perspective of WSCF AP. Advocacy Strategies Endorsed by WSCF AP.

Global Perspective, Collaboration, and Networking. Ethical Considerations for Climate Action. Inspiration and Motivation. The session was characterized by interactivity and proved to be highly effective in equipping attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to address the climate crisis while aligning with the goals and position of the WSCF AP.
